Frequency Healing: A brief overview
We live in a world of frequency and vibration but we are just now starting to be able to see the energetic nature of physical reality. This is because our brains are wired to create images that seem real from waves and patterns of information, much like a hologram. Physical reality seems solid and real to us when it is in fact composed of energy- energetic patterns of information that proves the template for construction of a 3D image by our brains.
We also know that our perceptions greatly influence how our brains create physical reality, meaning that our reality is limited by what we are willing to or able to perceive. And our perceptions are greatly influenced by our subconscious mind and the beliefs we hold- whether we are conscious of these beliefs or not. All of this information is held in the bioelectrical field that surrounds our human body and has a direct influence on our physical body.
Frequency based healing works through the principle of resonance, providing us with different resonances we can entrain to that allows us to make changes to the energetic template encoded in the bioelectrical field around our body. And when we change our energetic template, these changes cascade into our mental and emotional fields & our physical bodies.
A Variety of Ways to Experience Frequency Healing
There are many different variations of frequency based healing such as Reiki, Sound healing, and crystal healing to name a few. We are also becoming vastly more aware of different energies & beings that are invisible to us but assist us on a daily basis such as angels, fairies, spirit guides and helpers. Many of us are becoming aware that we have had other lifetimes as different forms other than being a human and that these lifetimes are very connected to this one. There are many different forms of frequencies and many different ways to offer frequency based healing.
Being out in nature is also incredibly healing and is a type of frequency healing in its own way. Becoming aware of your connection to nature often opens your perception to perceiving more energetically and meditating in nature can enhance this. Not all frequency based healing requires a healer, but a healer can be a fantastic resource on your own healing journey, if you feel called to work with one. I wish you many blessings on your path of healing and remembering who you truly are - a divine, eternal soul having a physical experience.
About Me
Welcome! I’m Carissa Elkins and I’m someone who experience a spiritual awakening, possibly similar to what you are currently experiencing. Through my spiritual awakening, I became interested in spirit guides, the spirit realm, meditation, crystals, fairies, angels. Through many years of inner work, taking classes from other mentors, and from developing my own connection with my spirit guides, I am now at a point in my life where I want to use my gifts to help others.I believe the greatest gift we can give the world is to be our authentic self, and so my work is tailored to helping you to discover and release what is holding you back from being who you came here to Earth to be. I believe that you hold just as much authority as I do- we are all sovereign beings- and my work is about empowering you to find the beliefs that hold you back from living the life of your dreams.Through my work, I offer healing sessions, divine prayer art, & spiritual classes. I also run (or co-run) some Facebook groups that you can check out to learn more and get a better idea if you want to work with me. I am always happy to chat with you to see if working with me is the right fit for you, so feel free to message me through the contact page.
Healing Sessions
Light Language Reiki Healing
Light language is a sound and vibrational healing modality in which different sounds and tones create a field of resonances that your body and cells can entrain to for healing. It is channeled frequency that connects you with Source consciousness, with divine love, with the higher realms that your guides and spirit helpers reside in. When used for healing, light language can balance and stabilize your energetic chakra system and promote healing on a mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical level depending on your intention for the healing session and what you are ready to receive.Sessions are 30 minutes long and offered via Zoom. Zoom link is provided after you book a session via email. Click on the button above to be directed to my booking site to book your session.
Cosmic Frequency Healing
There are many different light beings of the cosmos who are here to help assist humanity with our great awakening, with healing ourselves, and with integrating spiritual truths and higher wisdom. Cosmic beings can assist us with a deeper understanding of who we are and our chosen life path as well as providing energetic support of compassion, love, and understanding. In these healing sessions, myself as well as the cosmic beings who work with me channel the healing frequencies you are most needing to heal yourself or to move your life forward in the most positive and beneficial way for yourself. You may receive physical healing, a deep sense of peace and relaxation, a deeper knowing of why you are here, just to name a few of the possible benefits of Cosmic Frequency Healing. These are 30 minute distance healing sessions and are offered via Zoom. Divine Prayer Art
I started painting dot art through a series of spirit-led synchronicities. My art is connected with my Hopi Native American spirit guide who calls it "prayer art". Each art piece contains focused intention encoded into each dot. While painting, I am in a state that is connected with God/Source, my angels & guides and the prayers & intentions of each finished piece is brought to God/Source through my Condor Eagle spirit guides, who are believed to be guides that bridge heaven & earth. Each piece is made with a specific intention or prayer in mind. Intentions can be for healing (specific or general), for empowerment, for clarity, for a specific outcome that you are wanting, or any other intention that you can imagine. This service is for a personalized painting that is emailed to you as an image once completed.Click on the button at the top of this page to be directed to my booking site to book your personalized art piece. After you place the order online via my booking website, I will contact you via email to work out any details such as your intention for the art piece and any requests that you may have for your art piece.Note: Please ignore the session time when you book online. The booking site I use requires a session time in order to place the order. The art piece will be emailed to you once completed. Typically within a week of placing the order.
